With a compassionate and client-centred approach, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate their challenges and achieve a better understanding about narcissistic abuse caused by toxic relationships. By providing a safe and supportive space, I empower clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviours in a non-judgmental environment. Together, we work towards growth, healing, and personal development.
